The test sites concerning public notices No. 02/2021 and 03/2021 of the tender TCE AM (Amazonas State Court of Auditors), which offers 40 vacancies with immediate start for higher-level positions.

Competition

Altogether, there were 12,648 registrations, distributed as follows:

• Government Audit – 8,764 applicants, competition of 486.89 candidates per vacancy;
• Public Ministry of Accounts – 1,806 applicants, competition of 903 candidates per vacancy;
• Audit of Public Works – 1,194 applicants, competition of 238.80 candidates per vacancy;
• Information Technology Audit – 15,884 applicants, competition of 58.93 candidates per vacancy.

TCE AM competition: vacancies

Check out the External Control Technical Auditor vacancies at public notice No. 02/2021:

• Government Auditing: 18 vacancies (four for PwD only) for higher education in any area;
• Public Ministry of Accounts: 2 vacancies for higher education in Law.

O public notice No. 03/2021 of the TCE AM contest will offer the following vacancies for External Control Technical Auditor:

• Audit of Public Works: 5 vacancies (one only for PwD) for higher education in Engineering or Architecture;
• Information Technology Audit: 15 vacancies (three only for PwD) for higher education in Information Technology.

All professionals will remuneration of R$ 8,328.77 and a 30-hour work week.

TCE AM Contest: registrations were until June

Applications for the TCE AM contest were made between May 21, 2021 and June 22, 2021 on the FGV website.

Candidates had to pay a ticket in the amount of R$ 185.00 to participate.

There was exemption for workers in any legal regime, who made a monthly income of up to three minimum wages, according to the law.

Notice No. 02/2021

Objective written tests provided for August 18, 2021, from 8:00 am to 11:00 am for the Government Audit area, and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm for the Public Ministry of Accounts area, according to the official time in the city of Manaus/AM.

The objective written evaluations of public notice No. 02/2021 will cover the following disciplines:

In addition to the objective written test, there will be a discursive written test for candidates for vacancies in public notice No. 02/2021, to be held in August 25, 2021, from 8:00 am to 11:00 am for the Government Audit area, and from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm for the Public Ministry of Accounts area, according to the official time in the city of Manaus/AM.

The discursive evaluation may involve the following disciplines: External Control, Financial and Budgetary Management, Audit and Management Control, Constitutional Law and Administrative Law and Transparency of Public Administration.

Notice No. 03/2021

Applicants registered for vacancies in public notice No. 03/2021 will undergo objective written tests, scheduled to take place in two days, August 18, 2021 and August 25, 2021, from 2 pm to 5 pm for the Information Technology Audit and Public Works Audit areas, according to the official time in the city of Manaus/AM.

The programmatic content for this notice is:

• Portuguese language;
• External Control;
• Notions of Constitutional Law);
• Notions of Administrative Law);
• Specific knowledge.

The certificate will be valid for two years and may be renewed for another two years if necessary.

Previous notices were also by FGV

The previous tender for the TCE AM was carried out through public notice No. 1/2015, with the aim of filling two vacancies for the position of Auditor (higher level in any training area).

Therefore, subsidy remuneration was calculated in the amount of R$ 28,947.54 for both qualified professionals. Applications could be made between May 25th and June 26th, 2015, as long as interested parties paid a fee of R$ 300.

The 2013 contest, on the other hand, provided 24 effective vacancies for the positions of Technical Analyst of External Control – Public Ministry (higher level in Law) and Technical Analyst of External Control – Government Auditing (higher level in any area of training).

At the time, the basic salary consisted of R$ 5,500.00 and applications could be made until the 10th of May 2013. The payout rates were set at R$ 120.00.
