Immobiliare.it, the main home sales portal in Italy, has compiled a ranking of 10 most expensive neighborhoods in our country where to buy a house.
The most expensive neighborhoods in Venice, Naples and Florence
These are two cities that occupy the top 14 positions in the ranking, clearly standing out from all the others. Before knowing which ones they are, let's go through the list backwards, leaving the top ten and arriving at the 22nd position, in the Posillipo – Marechiaro de Naples. The characteristic Neapolitan village is the most expensive neighborhood in the South Italy. The price per square meter on average exceeds 4,800 euros.
