Serra City Hall published notices No. 08/2021 and 09/2021 for mid-level and higher-level positions. O selection process Serra City Hall will have 10 direct vacancies and will form a reserve register.

The hiring will be temporary and those approved must follow the needs of the municipal administration.

Serra City Hall selection process: vacancies in the notice 08/2021

There will be five vacancies School Transport Driver with due date of R$ 1,652.75. You must have a secondary level and a category D driving license.

There will also be five vacancies for School Transport Monitor with due date of R$ 1,249.57, with complete secondary education required.

Both positions have a 40-hour work week.

There will also be monthly food allowance in the amount of R$ 350.00 for all professionals, with a higher degree in Medicine, specialty in the area and CRM registration required.

Serra City Hall selection process: proof of qualifications

Candidates will be selected through a qualifications test. View the criteria and scores, starting with the notice no. 08/2021:

• Training or improvement course with a minimum workload of 30 hours: 10 points (maximum 20 points);
• Length of service in the area – From 30 days to 6 months and 29 days: 10 points;
• Length of service in the area – From 7 to 12 months and 29 days: 15 points;
• Length of service in the area – From 13 to 23 months and 29 days: 25 points;
• Length of service in the area – Over 24 months: 30 points.

Now the notice no. 09/2021:

• Certificate of separate course in the specific area of the position with a minimum duration of 120 hours: 50 points (maximum one title);
• Certificate of separate course in the specific area of the position with a minimum duration of 80 hours: 30 points (maximum one degree);
• Certificate of separate course in the specific area of the position with a minimum duration of 40 hours: 20 points (maximum one title).
