Formosa City Hall selection process

Notice No. 001/2021 of the selection process Formosa City Hall, in the state of Goiás, is offering 309 immediate vacancies plus reserve registration (CR). The opportunities are for professionals with different levels of education, who will be allocated according to the needs of the Municipal Departments of Education and Social Development. The event is being organized by IDIB.

Vacancies in the selection process at the City of Formosa

Remuneration offered varies from R$ 1,100.00 to R$ 2,900.00 per month for working hours that can be 30 or 40 hours per week. The vacancies in the Formosa City Hall selection process are divided between the positions of:

• Lawyer: 1 vacancy for higher education in Law with registration at the OAB;
• Hygiene and Food Services Agent: 70 vacancies for incomplete primary education;
• General Services Agent – Cleaning Agent: 15 vacancies for complete elementary level;
• Operational Security Agent: 5 vacancies for complete elementary level;
• Reference Team Assistant: 12 vacancies for full secondary level;
• Social Worker: 9 vacancies for higher education in Social Work registered with CRESS;
• Cook: 5 vacancies for complete elementary level;
• Social Caregiver: 17 vacancies for full secondary level;
• Social Educator: 10 vacancies for complete secondary level;
• Arts Workshop Facilitator: CR for complete secondary level;
• Sports Workshop Facilitator: 2 vacancies for complete secondary level;
• Music Workshop Facilitator: CR for complete secondary level;
• Category B driver: 11 vacancies for elementary level with driver's license B;
• Category D driver: 2 vacancies for elementary level with driver's license D;
• Pedagogue: 6 vacancies for higher education in Pedagogy;
• Activities Teacher: 100 places for higher education in Full Degree, Pedagogy, Normal Higher Education Course or other degree corresponding to specific knowledge with pedagogical training;
• Braille Teacher: 5 vacancies for Higher Education or Pedagogy degree level plus Braille course;
• Science Teacher: 4 vacancies for higher-level Science Degrees;
• Physical Education Teacher: 4 vacancies for higher education in Physical Education;
• Geography Teacher: 2 vacancies for higher education in Geography;
• History Teacher: 5 vacancies for higher education in History;
• Libras Teacher: 5 vacancies for Higher Normal Degree or Pedagogy level plus Brazilian Sign Language course or Degree in Libras or Degree in Literature with specialization in Libras;
• Mathematics Teacher: 2 vacancies for higher level Mathematics Degree;
• Teacher of Portuguese, English or Spanish: 4 places for a higher degree in Literature with qualifications in Portuguese, English or Spanish;
• Higher-level professional: 7 vacancies for higher education in Law, Accounting, Administration, Pedagogy, Economics, Anthropology, History, Music Therapy and/or Occupational Therapy;
• Psychologist: 6 vacancies for higher education in Psychology plus registration with the CRP.

It is worth noting that vacancies for people with disabilities are already included in the total offered.

Register for the Formosa City Hall selection process

The registration period will be open from August 4th to September 8th, 2021. Records of the Formosa City Hall selection process must be made by the IDIB website, where the complete notice is located. In addition to filling out the online form, you must pay a one-off fee of R$ 60.00.

Fee exemption will be granted to anyone who is registered with CadÚnico and is a member of a low-income family.

Classification of the selection process Formosa City Hall

After registering, candidates must send documents for scoring in the evaluation of professional experience and titles. The criteria for the Formosa City Hall selection process vary according to the level of education of the position sought:

Middle and elementary levels

• Course related to the function requested (minimum load of 10 hours): 1 point per hour, totaling up to 50 points;
• Professional experience in the competitive area: 5 points per semester, totaling up to 50 points.

Higher level (except Teacher)

• Professional experience in the competitive area: 10 points per semester, totaling up to 80 points;
• Postgraduate studies in the area: 2 points per diploma, totaling up to 10 points;
• Master's degree: 3 points per diploma, totaling up to 6 points;
• Doctorate: 4 points, with only one diploma being accepted.

Higher level – Teacher

• Professional experience in the competitive area: 5 points per semester, totaling up to 40 points;
• Bachelor's degree in the area: 5 points;
• Graduation with a Bachelor's degree: 10 points;
• Specialization in the area: 12 points;
• Master's degree: 15 points;
• Doctorate: 18 points.
